- Kate Lagaly has
created art for as long as she can remember. In
1986 Kate received a Bachelor of Arts Degree and
Art Education Certification K-12 from Xavier
University located in Cincinnati, Ohio. She has
taught high school art as well as art to the
disabled, senior citizens, children, and
adults.

- Kate mainly works in
watercolor and colored pencil although she also
enjoys acrylic, pen & ink, clay, and mixed
media. Kate has paintings in private collections in
Ohio, California, Florida, North and South
Carolina, Massachusetts, and Tennessee.

- Currently, Kate works
out of her studio in downtown Jackson, Tennessee.
She has had paintings juried into various local,
regional, national, and international exhibitions
where she has also won awards. Kate is a Signature
Member of the Kentucky Watercolor
Society.
